TCT Hungary acquired the ISO 9001 certification in January 2005. The quality assurance system embraces all company activities for smooth and stable high-quality work. The primary aim of the TCT Hungary Kft is to fulfill customer demands and maximally meet the relevant legislation, regulations, standards and stability, as well as ensure the development of the company.
We developed a quality management system and applied it to every area of the organization to strengthen the development, support, operation (and service operation) activities in our telecommunications customer support systems.
We introduced a complex electronic system for case handling based on our internal needs before introducing the quality assurance system, which was established based on general company requirements and methodizes the whole operation from tender applications to developing projects, handling fault issues and different customer requests.
